MCRC Landfill Odor Reporting Instructions

• Call the hotline number 732-599-ODOR (732-599-6367) 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, to report an odor complaint directly to a Monmouth County Environmental Health Investigator.

• Calls made between business hours Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm are directed to investigators onsite at the MCRC.

• Calls made outside of this timeframe will be connected to an on-call investigator responding to Odor Complaints.
• Please allow for an Investigator response time of approximately 30 minutes from the time of your reporting call.
